Don't forget to disable the shadows on those rails!
While this does get rid of ugly track shadows, it can lead to the tracks appearing to "float" on the ground, since they should be casting a subtle shadow on the ground. The proper solution is to compile with -staticproppolys enabled, but it'll make your compile time longer, which you might not want.

Since arena mode is broken right now, I've taken some time off to work on Dog3 some more. There are gameplay, as well as many visual changes in store.

Something in arena mode broke which means that people waiting to play do not get allocated to a round correctly. When we played Mocha the other day it forced 2v2s and 1v1s even though there were 20+ people waiting to play a match...

Looks super neato, but there's a couple things I noticed in this screenshot.

First off: those wooden planks sloping upward look rather thick. Are they 16hu? I'd try 8hu instead.

Also, try increasing that water texture so it doesn't repeat so much.

skybox loooks kind of overdetailed compared to usual tf2 skyboxes

(to be honest the corridor does too, you could town down the amount of detail a lil)

But yeah, as Yrr said, that skybox mountain can be toned down a lot in terms of detail.
