Upgrade your PC? I can't complain about FPS at all.But no, I have to play matchmaking with 15 frames.

This problem is happening to lots of people, and telling someone to upgrade their PC when it worked fine before isn't really a solution. It must be forcing something in an attempt to keep things fair, but it's detrimental to tons of people.Upgrade your PC? I can't complain about FPS at all.
Is this a new thing? I couldn't even get into a server last night so I didn't have a chance to play. If it isn't new, then are you playing on windows or on a Unix/Linux system? I can't say I ever remember having an issue with memory and I'm on windows.
You on OS X by any chance? Because TF2 has had that memory leak ever since Gun Mettle, and I think a developer should not get a way with such a broken game but because it's Valve they apparently can.
I have upgraded my computer recently. Yes, I do use a laptop, but its because I need to mobility. Though still, I have an i7 at around 2.4 ghz, 6gb of ram, and a not so great graphics card (integrated Intel HD Graphics), but I can still handle pretty much all other games just fine. It works for pretty much everything I need, but I just don't get why a game that has a huge casual side doesn't play well with consumer level computers (aka not huge NASA rocket ships with Nvidia 1080s and 16gb of ram).Upgrade your PC? I can't complain about FPS at all.
Yeah, thats exactly whats happening. This problem is happening to lots of people, and telling someone to upgrade their PC when it worked fine before isn't really a solution. It must be forcing something in an attempt to keep things fair, but it's detrimental to tons of people.
It's been in the game for 2 years at this point. 2 fucking years. To hear a developer say they fixed something after that many years and then see that makes me sad. I expect better from Valve. Way better.in fairness they said a case, not all cases

Sigh...
"Fixed a case where players would sometimes see other players carrying the wrong weapon(s)"
You did? Explain this then:
-snip-
I don't have any words for this.

Why? They added it to changelog without actually fixing it. That is not acceptableI think you should take some time to collect your calm.
(Thanks to Egan for showing me this clip)

Why? Why should I accept the fact that Valve has made this game buggier with each update? If this was EA or Ubisoft or basically anybody else the entire fucking internet would've come down on them. There would've been internet articles on basically every gaming website ever and the bug would've been fixed in no time. But nooooooooo, because Valve's apparently some kind of holy god I just have to accept it and move on? I can't be critical of Valve's way of making each update feel like a massive downgrade? Same with the massive memory leak on OS X. Same story applies. Can't even play the game on anything higher than medium texture settings because for some obscure reason TF2 runs out of memory with it set to anything higher. Gun Mettle introduced this and was unplayable due to this, Valve limited OS X users to medium settings "while work was being done on a permanent fix" 2 days later. It's been over a year now, and nothing's fixed. At all. I gave them something like 30 different crash reports OS X spew out after a crash, hell, deliberately ran the game on high texture settings to make it crash and generate a report, and of course, no response. Not by email, or by game update. Luckily I found a guy with knowledge of the game's code recently (seems like he knows more about TF2's code than Valve themselves) who was willing to help out. You may know him too. He's called sigsegv.I think you should take some time to collect your calm.
I really dig this corridor in Brickyard spawns.
Probably, because for some classes its quite important to know which weapon they are holding. For example a demoknight, if he holds his grenade launcher or sword can matter quite a bit on deciding how to attack him. This is why its a very anoying bug to face. Not to mention it becoming more anoying when the weapon he holds becomes barely readable to begin with (because of random polygons).Oh no soooo bad! Am I the only one who gives 0 fucks about that bug???
Its no diffirent to mvm, you can play with a full team of 12 vs a full team of 12 and still dont get a server while it realy isnt that hard to find out they can just be matched together. Its more likely that those empty servers are simply disabled and cant be used. They are just stated as empty because the server is still running.cause its a huge load on the servers, hopefully with time this'll be sorted out
