I know you probably spent 30 years compiling VRAD for that skylight lightmap, but I'd tone it down a bit. Keep your shadows soft, not hard. TF2 is about fuzzy edges.

More like 15 mins, but I'll do that. I just love goddamn sharp edge shadows though. It'd help a lot with the compile time and (hopefully) get VRAD working with HDR without crashing every single time.
