I asked Hydrogen about Grappling Hooks because I wanted to include some a while back and he said it wasn't possible without enabling mannpower etc. How did you do it out of curiosity?

Grappling hooks don't work. This is actually a grenade launcher that fires grapple hooks instead.

Which means you can make it fire thousands of times a second.

first off: what is that font? something is fucked up with those letters...

second off: how? It's not easy to make a cube with decimal places for the dimensions... Unless you really fucked up with cutting and/or the transform tool...

Sometimes, you forget that you have a prop selected while you're creating a brush, which means that the brush will be off slightly even tho it might look like it follows the grid from a distance.

Looks super duper! Only thing I'd recommend changing is the roof textures. There are some very nice (and more fitting) roof tile textures in the Frontline pack worth checking out.
