The snipping tool is very useful, and generally doesn't get blurry for me. Go to the start menu on Windows and search for it, you should be able to find it. This is of course assuming you aren't using the snipping tool already.

I use Gadwin Printscreen Pro, it automatically opens a paint-like image editor to cut stuff.
