So, payload carts don't count as moving trains. Would a platform of another type (floating island, tram, hand-cart like you see in some silent films) count? Also, would a payload train like in Frontier count?

If it is the payload objective it does not count towards the square. "Train" is kind of subjective, but generally if it's not something you would define as a train then it would be unfair to allow it; as much as I would love to say "sure, just use a vehicle" I think there would definitely be at least one person disadvantaged because they thought they were strictly only allowed trains for the square.

What counts as a single objective? All I can think of is KOTH, but would payload count, and what about CTF? It's so confusing...

it requires you to have atleast one objective in a surtain way. you arent limited to just one objective on the intier map. you just need atleast one of your objective to fufill the square. (btw the intier rail in pl and plr counts as an objective. and for ctf its the flag spawn point and flag capture areas.)

There has been confusion around the custom content deadline (mostly due to errors in the original post) that I want to address: Any public used content made before the 2nd of January at 11:59PM GMT+1 does not require the creators to be listed as a contributor (though you may still do so).

It is only if the content was publicly released or created after this date, or was not publicly released that you must list the creator/s of the asset/s as contributor/s to the map.

I'm happy to answer any further questions.

We've updated the board to replace Japan with Asia because we felt it excluded Koth_King assets in a weird way. Other places in Asia (Russia, India, etc.) are also fair game.

Although I wasn't planning to, I hope someone does a russian themed map with the expanded rules of the space as I feel like it could be implemented well in a valve game that isn't CS:GO. (Assuming no-ones made one I haven't seen.)
