b4nny's the one I would trust the most out of all of these people because of his connections to Valve, but it doesn't look like he's the one talking here. A lot of these points just seem really fishy or nonsensical.

I will clarify for anyone else: nowhere in these claims does it say anywhere that b4nny has talked to said youtuber, or has said any of these claims.
I will also say that nobody, not even b4nny, has been given a solid date of arrival. Valve does not reveal these things and does not give them to people to be leaked. What dates that may have been circulated are speculations or estimations at best and should not be trusted as fact.

nerfing/buffing classes for equal playtime sounds like a really stupid idea, which i hope valve would be smart enough not to do
tf2 is a game with offensive and defensive classes, buffing the defensive classes to be viable in gamemodes heavy on offense (like 5cp) wouldn't just break competitive, it'd break everything

Nerfing soldier seems like a good idea to me. Although that might just be butthurt me after getting dominated by Egan in yesterday's gameday. :/
I will say though that balancing classes based on playtime sounds like a bad idea; like Yrr said, some classes have more specific roles and are meant to be used less often. We don't need to encourage having three spies on each team.

And that's the one of the main points of soldier. It's the main class of TF2 and can be played with different styles.
Oh, I almost forgot. I hope Valve won't fuck up MvM with changes. Tho they did it once already and we have came over it already

Well, the stock Rocket Launcher needed a nerf anyway. Too much splash damage in a too big radius.
But not including Highlander in Matchmaking is going to throw a lot of people out. You put Highlander in or you don't release Matchmaking.
And yes, Scout needs a nerf. Badly.
And also, lets not forget about the horrendous performance and the metric buttload of bugs (a lot of 'em pretty game-breaking) that need to go away ASAP. Buuuuuut Valve's probably too busy making more worthless fugly skins that literary nobody's asking for.
