What about Mannpower? Even though that's got the ctf_ prefix
Everybody hates that mode, it goes against how tf2 works and has terrible balance problem, so maybe not

I actually love mannpower, its very creative. i agree that some powerups are not balanced properly, but the grapple idea is great.Everybody hates that mode, it goes against how tf2 works and has terrible balance problem, so maybe not

Converge and Mercy got played competitively
someone makes a base map, a simple gamemode, undetailed. it would detailed monthly in diff. styles depending on month. Jan: alpine Feb: desert ETC. the reward would be small, something like 1 ref a month or a similar value, just so it isn't reward orientated. this would be a detail contest.
Like an artpass?I kind of like this idea, but instead of having it be on a monthly basis, have it to where all participants are given a base map (no detail, all dev textures) and each contestant will detail it however they want; no setting given or the like whatsoever.
that was My idea.Like an artpass?
Im not sure how all this relates to not being monthly. the theme idea is mostly to prevent staleness if it was monthly.I kind of like this idea, but instead of having it be on a monthly basis, have it to where all participants are given a base map (no detail, all dev textures) and each contestant will detail it however they want; no setting given or the like whatsoever.
That could be fun. although Clock tower and Big Ben would be very crampedimagine fighting on the Statue of Liberty, or inside Big Ben.
I'm more than sure some yet another idiot would make WTC map. What about a contest where maps must be based off of recognizable real life locations? For instance, imagine fighting on the Statue of Liberty, or inside Big Ben.
