I did have a couple quick rushed cuts in there on accident. No joke I was falling asleep while editing my audio together. I recall not being able to find my cursor a few separate times because I dozed off and lost it.

I'll try to keep it in mind for the future, though.

Totally off-topic, but can we have a behind the scenes look of Trainsawlaser, like you did with WubWubWub?

I feel like a really interesting topic to cover would be colour progression in a map and how it applies to both symmetrical gamemodes like 5cp and asymmetrical modes like Payload.

I think that cover itself would be a good topic.

One thing that stood out was that you have rotation snapping on, which isn't enabled by default. You might get some comments from people asking why it's not behaving that way for them.

I noticed that as well actually. Would've been a good opportunity to teach people the wonders of Ctrl+M.

I'm pretty sure that it was mentioned in a previous episode of this tutorial.

The whole skip brush process is something entirely new to me. I look forward to using it in my next projects.

I thought that was common. That was used all the time back in the day :(

POST EDIT:
I'm starting to discover that tips/tricks that I found 'common' or 'stuff everyone knew' are infact not and I am a jerky-McPoopface.

Me too, that's why I've been trying to put so many in. I think the skip brush is something old school that isn't talked about much anymore. This is a huge part of why I wanted to do this series. It's not just for the total noobs.

I did mention it early on, but that's a good point I forgot about. I do get people who skip around, so it'll be handy to remember that old video to reference to them. Maybe I'll even toss in an annotation. Thanks for the reminder!

I use skip brushes fairly heavily, especially on lights and to mirror geometry, but it never occured to me to center the skip brush to make it even easier.

An episode on handling feedback and making positive changes to your map could be a good idea given recent events on the site. Make it clear that feedback isn't a personal attack, but is a chance to improve.

New kids getting overly defensive. Having to sit them down and explain that every first map is crap, and that this is a chance to improve, not to cause an argument.
