All working, non-disqualified maps will be ran on the tf2maps servers April 1st, and probably for awhile after as well. I'll be testing them a bunch the following weeks to make my judgement, depending on how many we get.

turrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrbine and 2fooooooooooooooooort were a mistake, I'm sorry everyone. (Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeell is ok though, that took a bit of effort)

Fun fact, I originally made turrrrrrrrrrrrrrrbine as a submission for last year's gameday but I didn't get around to submitting it for some reason (I think there was a rule against map edits?) so I uploaded it as its own thing for April fools. I had no idea how memey it would cause the Steam Workshop to become . I still feel really bad about a lot of maps that took weeks or months of effort being knocked off the frontpage by garbage like "turbine but highertower is copypasted in and it's fullbright".

I am working on something for this years contest, and don't worry it's not another long map.

Alright, so somebody made a prefab that I wanted to use for this contest. It was made like 2.5 years ago, and it was not intended for anything specific. Am I allowed to use it in this contest, or will I have to find a new idea?

It was going to be pretty much the entire gimmick, and based on how you worded your question, I'd say that means I should probably go for something more original. Thanks for the help!

Someone already did a similar idea for the April 2016 event with a flooded 2fort map, although it was koth instead of ctf.
