I don't get it. How is what the pyro sees any different from what TF2 looks like nowadays?

He's not psychotic, he's psychic. Pyro's seeing into the future of TF2!

But seriously, I enjoyed MTP so much. Can't wait to see what other announcements are in store for today, especially given the Source Filmaker official beta and this partnership.

I guess that would actually be no harder to do than the current system, though i was under the impression that they were changing to use the same model for both.

Doesn't the current system already have separate first person and third person models?

Almost five years after the release of TF2, definitely five years after the old Source Filmmaker was leaked, we finally get it and it's a closed beta.

I guess we should be happy Valve is still releasing functional tools at all, at this point, although I may take that back if it turns out it's not compatible with all their games.

Valve stated that the version of SFM they are releasing is only for TF2.

Nerfs for the tomislav and GRU makes me a happy panda. It'll be really intersting the see the 6v6 communities reaction to the quickfix now that it can rocket jump out to mid with the soldier or demo.
