Trigger_catapult was introduced in Portal 2, they just now brought it over to TF2. It's already well documented.

A look at mid. The ball drops from a suspended holder (shown in the last screenshot) onto the point prop after a 30 second timer, where it can be picked up by either team. The ball bounces, which is a nice touch. Also notice the speed boost power-up on the far-right. These are scattered throughout the map and provide a temporary speed boost, which I think is a nice touch-

A close-up of a jump pad label. Notice the "Experimental" tag. Are the dev teams directly considering the possibility of removing them (or am I just being overly aware)?

I'll leave the rest of the map a mystery for you to discover personally... or you could look up more images.

I think that once the major bugs are worked out, this will turn out to be a fun, nice, interesting gamemode/map. I don't think Valve would let the detailing get this far ahead without some serious internal testing, which should shine through in the end. I'm a big fan of the verticality, but from the layout I can imagine this was a huge hassle to optimize.

There is a LARGE sightline from red's goal to blu's goal.

Is there one on the ground, or do you mean over the roofs?

I will say, literally all of the main areas are visible at once from above I haven't had any framerate or spamming issues, though (at least, I think the lag I had was from my 100-200 ping).

Saw this on Reddit, so I've been thinking about it for a little while now. I'm thinking the bags may be a new type of crate, at least a backpack item. The camo makes me think of matchmaking, but that's me over-speculating. The setup on and around the table makes me think that a variety of classes have been standing there, looking through or stuffing the bags (notice the Sandvich, bottles, and baseball). The object inside of the bag being pointed to has been said to be a fish head, similar to the ones Merasmus has on his model.

As for the floral pillow, it reminds me of Mann Manor, but I got nuttin'. Seems deliberate, but very mysterious...

Also that mousetrap :jimijam:

Now you can pick a target though. Don't worry, I still find it annoying, but it is better.

I think the shelves are props. Look at te secret room screenshots. They have a high poly count for some reason. So either their are made out of displacements (which would be silly) or are props.


Also, once our ball got stuck here in the car rifht before the goal:

Valve probably can't flat-out remove anything without a massive uproar, even if the beta experiment for it is done.
