I think that would be cool if you did the same thing with a square hole in one of your other buildings. Here it just looks odd.

I think you should displace it and have it sag a bit - it looks wierd as so rigid.

I wanted to do this originally but being a round brush it was going to be a big pain in the ass, so I didn't. I got over it, this was actually a pretty neat process:
