Agreed, it's a big box on the outside. Everything within the concrete boundary looks great, but there's just this massive, square buffer around every edge :/

2. Move/enlarge all the center stuff towards the outside walls as if attracted by magnets

Would displacements work to make actual holes? I thought they were just for hills and things.
