haha I didn't notice it before but the scout has a black eye.

Instantly makes the picture twice as good.

So. I have worked on a private-tested 5cp map. I have a feeling that the layout needs to be better. And it's not finished yet. Working on 2nd and 3rd cap point areas right now.

how is it ?

It looks like there's only narrow paths to the point and the point area itself is rather small, which is not going to be good for gameplay. Look at other koth maps; all of them have pretty large entrances to the point area. For example, Viadact has six large paths, and the point is in the middle of an easily accessible open area. Sawmill has two huge, open doorways, with four other smaller doorways leading in. Nucleus has four really narrow paths, though you shouldn't use Nucleus as a point of reference since it uses a billion bad ideas that somehow cancel each other out.

Hey guys. Sorry for the lack of updates on Congo. Considering what's about to happen to the TF2 SDK at the end of this week, it might be an even longer wait until I get around to it. I do want to finish it.

I've kind of been frustrated with my own mapping over the last year or so. I joined a few stupid projects because I wanted the experience, but didn't really get what I wanted out of it. I feel like I'm restricting myself in a lot of ways I don't need to be. So I started up my own self mod project to help me free myself better and experiment.

Here's just some WIP for it. If it's not clear, it's science fiction.
