Team Fortress 2 Update Released

An update to Team Fortress 2 has been released. The update will be applied automatically when you restart Team Fortress 2. The major changes include:

• Fixed UI not displaying the "Searching..." panel when queued for competitive matchmaking

Would you rather they not release small updates to fix things that are bothering people in between bigger updates?

this game is nearly 10 years old now, i'm amazed they even update it at all

Bad Pun is right. For a game this old, most companies would have abandoned it, especially considering it's a free-to-play game. We are incredibly lucky to have an active development team who really cares about a 10-year-old game, even if they only release 1 major update per year.

Especially since said company has so many egregious, well-known, outstanding bugs in some of their other games that are super easy to fix. Them paying so much attention to TF2 shows that we're among the ones they care about.

They care about the bottom line, as in sales from the MannCo store and the market. If it were not for that this game would have been abandoned years ago by development.
