Tweak? As in, CTF tweaking or Turbine tweaking?

It seems unlikely that Valve would change either things for something like comp, as the casual aspects of CTF would be ruined.

As for Turbine?

Any change will be an upgrade at this point, but Valve may never touch upon Turbine.

I feel like we will never know why Valve chose to include Turbine in comp matchmaking
It's one of those questions we will never know the answer to in our lifetime, no matter how hard we think about it, no matter how often it makes us turn restlessly in our beds.

I'm not sure, but it's possible that invasion ctf would do much better in MM than regular ctf, since at any one time, only one team is attacking, and the other is defending (unless it's the midfight, in which case both teams are attacking)

I think consensus is that some kind of MVM update is due, and I would guess at early next year. I don't know about a wholescale "Iron Gauntlet Update" but yeah.

Yeah in the past year Valve has given the MVM medic bots the ability to use the MVM shield, as well as the ability for the bots to use the Base Jumper. They have also added an air raid siren sound to the MVM sound directory in the Meet Your Match update. It looks like Valve is working on a new map where the bots use the Base Jumper to jump into the map.

Hard to say if it's ever going to see the light of day through.

Would be awesome to see a Frontline MvM map where soldiers parachute into the map from planes.
