EDIT: I fixed it! If you export the texture as tga and import it with version 7.2, it works! I'll leave this online though if someone has the same problem. Also, to speed this progress up (would take quite a while to do this manually for 200 files), there is a neat tool...
Is there any way of getting a transparent texture version of the scorch mark decal from Soldier rockets? I'm trying to use it to make a custom texture for a model. I found the actual texture file that the decal uses, but it's not transparent.

Whenever I am underwater, half of the texture of this func_detail brush disappears, but it can be seen when being outside of the map.
Am I missing something or is a general bug with water brushes?
