still having the problem where its using the red texture for both teams though.

I concur with this immensely. Also hope there's an animation of it opening up whenever you change into it.

Cranked this out this morning.

Need to tweak some vert weights and add a spec map so the cloth bits aren't shiny.
And the shroud part came out really yellow I maybe have forgot to change a layer to multiply... It started out brown and was too dark... I dunno

Was looking at DoTA concept stuff and saw this, thought it would be good for the persian demo knight

If the reload on this doesn't have him spinning the barrel at the end of it, I will be very disappointed.

As cool as that looks, i'm not sure that it really works that well. Like, how many people would understand the context? Like if you equip it, it just looks like a fucked up finger. My first thought was that it was a bug, that your weapon model had screwed up and put the revolver inside the hand.

Needs more tech i guess, the hand needs to open up a bit more.

I'm learning how to model. This is based off of the tesla claw weapon from the ratchet and clank series

I still have to detail the claws (and everything else), then I get to venture into the world of UV mapping

The design is different because of 2 reasons. I am not good at modelling, an the original design looks like it would clip though the engineer/be awkward. Should i try to make it like the original anyways?

edit: yea the original design looks way better, gonna change it!
