I don't see how it would be particularly ideal for gaming either. I use one of those SteelSeries keyboards with the "gaming pad" on the far left that are more buttons than keys, and I find it far more comfortable than regular keys. Are clackety keys even more comfortable for gaming than that? It's been so long I don't remember what they feel like in any context.

I would say that the best keyboard for heavy computer users is a washable keyboard! They're amazing - you can eat at the computer without worrying! Only £30 or something! Buy them now! Stick them under the tap and put them in an airing cupboard to dry and it's good as new!
