Maybe you could do some landscape drawings of TF2 maps, similar to Crash's Twitter banner. I think that'd look really swell with your art skills!

yeah map paintings is on the list. There isn't that many out there. Idk if i'd paint an existing map or make up one though. I wouldn't know what map to pick either.

I had a lot of fun making my map for the last 72 hour jam, even if I was stuck in a hotel using a laptop. I'll have to come up with a finale better than blowing up the moon

I'll still do the jam regardless of whether the medal was exactly the same or not, i'm just sayin'. Plus making an SFM video in less than 72 hours is a damn good challenge for me.

I personally don't recommend trying to do animation during the jam, but hey that's my opinion.

Over the past few weeks I've come up with what I consider a much better training mode for TF2 then what's currently in the game (posted over on Facepunch if you want to read it) that I sent to Valve as a suggestion. I may try my hand at writing some of the dialog for this training mode for part of this contest, time permitting.

Starting from scratch with an old design is fine.
