What about custom content? Is it allowed? (models, textures, sounds, etc.)

Custom content is allowed but needs to be made publicly available at least one week before the submission deadline if it isn't already. Added to the rules list.

Custom content is allowed if it was publicly released prior to the start of the contest, or if it is made by you or your collaborators.. Added to the rules list.

You didn't specify if I have to release the content to the public if I made it for my map.
It was a requirement in the MvA contest, so I'll just assume it's the same here.

Yeah, Its not specified but im sure 3 wouldnt be a problem since only 1 person can work on the map at a time. So collab if its allowed?

I'll probably be up for a collab to detail someone's map later on in the contest. I'll still be working on my own though, but I'm always up for detailing stuff so if you get a good map going and want someone to detail it...I can't make any guarentees now because stuff changes in 3 months but!
