Ok, I'm almost finished modeling washer and dryer. just need to add knobs and layout UVs. I've updated the UVs on the couch and chair so they can use the same texture file. I also added textures to the rest of the furniture (except for the office desk) I made sure the texture for the counter tops are seamless so they can be entirely modular. However, the texture for the stove still needs to be redone, though I have tweaked it a little, just not enough to be worth posting about (knob details, metal detail etc... but let me know if you have any suggestions with what I have here.

I need some input on the design of the bed. I've looked at mid century beds. looking for the style of the time period of tf2 60s-70s I added 50s in there because mannco isnt known for providing the latest and greatest. I have found several styles. I see benefits to each, but I'm not sure which to go with. So could someone else weigh in?

(A) pro: matches with other bedroom furniture. con: it may be too minimalistic
(B) pro: classic timeless look. con: may not fit in with other furniture as well.
(C) pro: not as minimalistic as A. con: looks too modern
(D) pro: when I search 1960s bed this style comes up more than anything else by far. making it the most accurate to the time period. con: I have never seen beds with blankets like this. its probably just before my time, but that also means its before the time of the TF2 fanbase. It just looks off. maybe its just me.

which do you think and why?

I would say D just because it has the simplest silhouette. I would not choose B because it seems too blocky like what brushes would look like. I agree C looks too modern. A is a alright choice if you don't care about the silhouette, but also it doesn't feel comfy at all.

If you're willing to, you could make several of them. It would be nice to have different sets of furniture for lower class, middle class, and upper class households.

ok I went with A because I could easily turn it into D if I changed my mind. I used some pre-existing geometry from log bed by krazy for the mattress and pillow. I made the legs match the other bedroom furniture I have already made. and made two different sizes. Thoughts?

OK UVed and textured the beds. I have like 4 or 5 pieces of furniture left to model, then after texturing them. one will be able to fully furnish a home with tf2 props.

need to add the hose and shower curtains.
after this ill make an indoor trashcan. (which shouldn't take long) then when I finish texturing everything I will try to make the tiny things that go around the house such as picture frames, bread boxes, cookie jars, etc...post reference images or lists of ideas you have for those tiny items.
