mvm_relic_a3_wip - needs to be tested, but there is no download on the site and I do not want to officially submit this yet. Faux and I worked on it, and since he started the download he wants to be the one to publish it with a3 completed. The popfile needs testing, all map concerns should go to Faux as he is in charge of it right now (I will also message him about them if they do arise.)

Notes: Showcase is supposed to be normal and Slightly Harder advanced, biggest question is if they're appropriate there.
