[WIP] Pyro custom model and animations

Hello! all :3

I always feel curiosity about the pyro character, and i read many comments of the posibility of he is a girl, so I decided to make how he looks like inside of he suit

so far I still have some issue with my model (&#^@ decompiler miss information in the .qc) anyways now I wanna show you some test of the pyro ingame and one test of pyro-girl with jiggle-boob dynamics

my idea now is make a special taunt to able tranform the normal model to a new one, so in this way you don't replace the original model just play and if you want press <sexy_jutsu>

The suspenders don't hang taut. Exposed skin should be uber-shined like the default models. Overall it seems childish (zomg boobies!) since you'd wear more than that under a fire suit anyway. We're a mapping community, this section is mostly for prop models to be used in a map, not replacements of originals.

It's certainly better than those horrendous anime Scout and Engineer replacements, although the contrast between the "hourglass figure" and big bulky pants don't mix too well.

Not to mention that still keeping the gas mask on is just plain creepy (or a fetish thing if you want to look at it from a twisted perspective), although I would prefer to keep the Pyro's face shrouded in mystery.

Agreed with above, the big ol pants on the lithe little hips look odd. I know about the whole 'pyro is a girl thing', but I still don't know if I want the pyro to be a girl. Such an ugly grotesque suit and all...

But if I was wearing that suit I would be wearing a bkini too, gotta be damn humid in there.

Good job with the anims and whatnot though. And the body looks decent. I like the anim and the poof

It's definitely a different take on the "TF2 classes as female". I would agree that the frame is a little too lithe for the pyro. At the very least I would make her a little bit more bottom heavy. Also, a sports bra would probably make more sense than a bikini, and come across as less "omb boobies". The other thing that makes the bikini seem out of place is that it's color differs significantly from the outer suit. It should probably be darker and a little less saturated.

Overall, I still think it's better than the overly-cartoony scout or the overly-anime engineer, but to really work I think you're going to have to overcome the obstacle of making the exposed torso seem natural. Right now, it's like those games you sometimes see in children's books where you can swap the legs, torsos, and heads of various people or creatures.

Besides, it isn't a 1968-era bikini. This is by far the best female class model yet, but I don't feel it is consistent enough with TF2.

... and I still like to think the pyro is a short fat Italian man, based on the contours of the suit.

Please follow Shmitz' suggestions, and this'll become a usable (it will fit in TF2) model unlike the others! Mainly the bottom-heavy (big butt?) one, to make the clothes seem more fitting, and the desaturation of the top. The tattoo is a little corny too imo and could be reduced in simplicity and desaturated. Make sure to consult the TF2 palette to help pick your colors! Good luck

today I was playing SF4 and I notice that Pyro miss some technics :3
so I open my 3dsmax for two hours and this is what i got

I'm impressed, not a fan of the tattoo though, and as previously mentioned the whole body (including skin) should appear uber'd when... uber'd.

This is a lot better than the other model reskins out there.

I don't like how the pants don't fit at all, though, and her head seems very big compared to her torso. It's more great in a weird way than an awesome way, if you see what I mean.

I noticed in the gameplay video you posted, that the skin seems very unnatural. It looks too orange, maybe make it a bit more pale?
