It's not a bad texture, but I'm not sure it fits TF2. It's too clean and perfect. It doesn't look very good on large surfaces either, when it tiles too much it looks really repetitive. Look at the textures they've been making for rd_asteroid.. it's basically a grey texture with random darker grey squiggles on it to suggest layers of metal plating.
My suggestion would be to desaturate the blue a bit, get rid of the bevels and create a normal map that does the same thing, and add some noise to give some variety.
I do like the ceiling texture in the computer room though, it works well there.
