Doin' some re-works on Preposterous's spawn courtyards:

I think it looks and feels a lot better now, especially since I got rid of that stupid pipe that blocked anyone trying to rocket jump.

I had some trouble picking a sensible theme, since I had a really hard time getting the metal theme to look good in this area, but this brick style fit the map enough, so I'm just gonna go with this.

Night Flower
In the 1940s, back when communism was still looked down upon,
There was a small shop in New Orleans that the locals called Night Flower.
During the day time, it was a florist shop; during the night, it was a brewery.
One day, the owner was assassinated by the Mann Co Secret Police died mysteriously.
Seeing that this was their chance to get some leg into some new territory,
Redmond and Blutarch quickly set up shops equally as far apart from the building.
Now, it is up to you to fight tooth and nail for a property disconnected from downtown.


Why would they even want this place? There's no parking, the value is down 17%, and the water smells of sewage.

I know the map has leaks (not just from the open spawn), but I still wanted to show off what I have so far of my connect 5 contest entry.

Long time, but I opened Tuscany tonight to look at some areas that I want to refine before beta. Mid building and courtyard aren't used as 'smart' as I would like, so I am looking into shrinking the route from courtyard to the point, and opening up this building between courtyard and flank for a drop down and walkway from mid building. Should help connect these otherwise disconnected areas.

Also draw overs are fun!

how do i make cliffs? for 1, google is no help. for 2, when i try to make them the displacement don't smooth and i can only pull them in three directions.
and it has bugged me since day one!

help.

Still lots of work to be done and many bugs to fix before it gets to imps, but it's getting there.
EDIT: Yes, those ugly rocks will be gone by next release. Getting someone to make actual ones that look good.
