Ok, other than obvious lame lighting issues, I think this is about complete.

you should use the actual ibeam version of the ibeam metal on 2 of the opposite sides of those frames. Not sure how far in development it is, but it'd look nicer that way (there is a white version IIRC).

i would never use that door, looks really vulnerable with like no cover. in fact, the whole area generally has little cover.

places that might need some cova http://dl.dropbox.com/u/7479925/Maps/cover.jpg might create some annoying sentries though...

I can't quite tell from the screenshot, but it looks like it might be too gray. Maybe mess with the environment lighting values?

I think it's more to do with the choice of textures. Whitewood, the washed out brown wood and blue roofs. Some of the brighter red metal panels would break that up a treat, not to mention a higher HDR value to up the contrast a bit. But i'm liking it a lot so far.
