Didn't 3-1 use to have a bridge that extended across the pit? Or am I going mad?

There used to, but now it only appears if you cap 3-1.

The reason why I removed it was because BLU could very easily cap it while red is hiding out in their fortress. They could essentially sneak the intel through an inattentive defense, which in my opinion, is not fun. So I make a route a little bit longer by requiring BLU to go through the red fortress so an actual struggle can take place.

However, it seems I have made it a bit too powerful, once engineers learn where the good sentry spots are. An alternate route to encourage the attackers to get out of their spawn is due. I do not intend to reinstate the bridge.

Yeah, 3-1 was really the only problem I saw. It feels like Dustbowl 3-1, just spamming to get through a corridor, which isn't very fun. A single extra, maybe more dangerous way, would be enough to fix.

I'm not happy with how 2-2 plays either. Is the tower that much of a problem? I want to keep it if I can make it work. Is it just that BLU can't get a safe "staging" area? That doesn't make much sense, because I built the area in between so engineers could build with ease.

It's funny. I rebalanced 3-2, but I haven't seen it even played since :(

Sometime in the Distant Future-
Alpha 139 -

Starting to lose touch with reality.
Gameplay still mildly upsetting at certain points.
Fully detailed, though I no longer know what the real world looks like.
I feel as if I am within grasp of claiming a Beta, yet it pulls away, while saying "too slow."
I've traded my sanity for the record of most Alphas conceivable by man.

I still don't know what the final capture point's device does.
