There used to, but now it only appears if you cap 3-1.
The reason why I removed it was because BLU could very easily cap it while red is hiding out in their fortress. They could essentially sneak the intel through an inattentive defense, which in my opinion, is not fun. So I make a route a little bit longer by requiring BLU to go through the red fortress so an actual struggle can take place.
However, it seems I have made it a bit too powerful, once engineers learn where the good sentry spots are. An alternate route to encourage the attackers to get out of their spawn is due. I do not intend to reinstate the bridge.
