TF2 map crashes to desktop about 15 to 20 seconds after launching it without warning

whenever i start my map and enter tf_bot_add 1 the game crashes almost instantly. works fine without them

I'm using the regular compiler though. does your map have any objectives setup?

There aren't any objectives, it's a map for SFM

Ok, so i realised it crashes specifically after the waiting for players countdown is over, does your do this as well?

Actually for me the map crashes when I try to load it. When I type "map [the map name]" in console and press enter it instantly crashes.
