You can find them in the original Frostfell thread, this is a reupload of a version that isn't on TF2maps

I've reassigned this download to the original thread. I could only seem to make this work by swapping the downloads around, so this thread now has the old download.

EDIT: everything should be in its proper position, except that old reviews and version history are lost from what is now the "proper" download. I'll see about getting this fixed properly later.
