Just looked through the whole map, and here are my two cents.
1. You left the pickups right where they were, scattered around randomly, with no purpose at all. That alone kills the whole map for me. Did you completely ignore my entire runthrough from earlier or do you just not agree with me at all and feel that it should be spread about?
2. I liked the old third stage, you didn't need to remake it.
3. The new third stage feels too pipeline-ish and there is no flow involved, where there was flow with the old stage.

All I have to say about the third stage is that the final stretch of track is massive from what I remember. I would suggest something of a variation there.

Problem? No. Something that can be improved? Yes. Running through the map, the locations seem arbitrary.

He is around pretty often, just not in the chat, or on the forums. But you can find him in a lot of (EU) maptests.
