Yeah although I don't really mean a guide on how to design an are so much as how to signpost it and add visual clues once you've done so.
Either way, requesting a guide is just me being a bit lazy really. If I had more time I'd sit down and do some analysis of Valve map signage and possibly even write a guide myself. Alas, real life demands are restricting mapping time a bit at the minute so it will have to be a cursory examination of best practises.
Recent testing has thrown up a few issues, signage being one of them, so I'll try to push out a release in a few days that will (hopefully) address that and the other problems (most notably the defensibility of the cave and the second to last point, and the spawn timings).
