A reason for the fan being under the rocket could be to keep it cool. Red was having a hard time keeping the rocket cool with the engines running all the time. So they put a big powerful fan underneath it.

Nice work so far, but I don't know if it's just me, but B2 does seem a bit more laggier than B1 did. Be sure to fully optimize it for the next release.

Also, another small choke point is right after Point 3/C, there's a small ledge where you can stack up about 5 sentry guns. If all 5 guns are up with an engineer on each, it's nearly impossible for the cart to be pushed forward. I'd propose you make another ledge behind the rocks so you can look over and blow up the guns with sticky bombs and rockets.

I'll be uploading the map to our server shortly and we'll see how it goes with 24 people.

Great map :D

here comes my nitpicking
i kinda got the feeling, that the spawns are too far from the action and if the tele is down, i find myself running for ages
some parts of the plateaus in the starting sector are difficult to access, like, you have to use rocks as ramps... clip the rocks you use as ramp so the player can just walk up instead of trying to duckjump over this small obstacle

might have been clientside, but this door was always appearing shut to me, although i could go through (maybe you have 2 models there, but one isn´t bound to the func_door)

ok, this might sound stupid...
i just never used the exit down this stairway, because i didn´t see the stairway
i spawned, wondered why i´m staring at a wooden wall with no exit, turned around and took the other exit. make it more apperant that there is a way down, maybe some support-struckture, a railing, sth that breaks up the feeling that this is a wall and that there is actually a way

Really nice map but it was hard to get a real idea of how balanced it was since everyone was playing at the fan all the time (including me).

after the explosion that part is floating in the air, it's nothing u really need to fix but that's ur decision

on the backside of this block there is visible nodraw

and last u shouldn't be able to build on the fan

EDIT: and the explosion is FREAKING EPIC! =D

Sorry, but you aren't changing the problems with this map. Played it last night, will most likely be the last time. :blushing: The defense has too much of an advantage, instead of changing the layout so it was easier to attack, you made RED spawn at the very end of the map. Overall I got positive feedback for looks, after the round everyone yelled at me for playing this bad map again. Don't mean to sound like a dick, sry. Good luck making changes if you choose to do so
