Hi There! My name is Inventorkid, I already have some basic knowledge in Hammer, because I followed along making maps with some of TopHATTwaffle's great tutorials on Youtube.

Since, TF2 is one of my favorite games, I'll try developing some maps for it, and see if it's my niche; let's hope it is!

Greetings, Inventorkid. I don't support the idea that people have niches because it suggests they are only good at one thing. You obviously have an interest in maps. That's enough to fuel your ability and developing design skills, in my humble opinion. So I expect that you will produce some work! When science identifies the mapping gene, I will edit this post.

You are right, his tutorials are awesome. He is a great demonstrator and teacher.
