I like that tech, but whats that pinkish yellow thing in the upper left corner over the roof of the building in the first shot? That just something with cubemaps?

Also I'm not sure about the blue metal with that red metal roof, it just doesn't feel right to me.

That's the granary rocket, frozen; no cubemaps are built so it's pinkish.

Hella maps do this. For example, a ton of Valve ones.

Yeah, it works for me. Still gives that feeling of "Blue" despite the roofs.

See, I like that height, 1 because it makes the skybox easier to deal with, but 2 it adds some nice height variation to the detailing.

Hey guys, here's some more of my work on Sandblast. Ive changed it to a multistage map after advice from testing. this is all from the first stage

blu spawn. theres a new corridor on the left, seperated by that long rock column

The awning is cool but overdone imo. Maybe only have it barely extend past the pulley (which is what it obviously was built to protect).

Those beams would never hold all that weight with 3 trusses involved.

And speaking of pulley, what does it hoist? There's a roof below it, no platform, and nowhere to hoist anything too.

I'm being picky today, but overall the detailing looks nice.

(that side overhang looks a bit overdone too imo)

I like the awning, it's unusual, and not overused like most tf2 design ideas.

That lower roof seems a bit too steep to have tires on it imo.
