Unfortunately, there is no door with the no entry sign on only one side. Stupid oversight on Valve's part, the forward spawns in Badlands, I think, use the same door.

I think the theory is that since it has a 'resupply' sign above it from the outside the opposite team doesn't need the NO sign to let them know it's off limits.

And it only switches to the No skin when the owning team can't use it (It which point they are using another spawn) so they don't see it from the inside anyway.
