sooo, I can't find ANY recipes for squash on the internet, if somebody would be willing to give me one (for making it from scratch) I would be greatly obliged. I can't find any retailers here in America either. And I REALLY, REALLY want to have some!

some people seem to be confused about the appropriate time to drink water and gatorade so I made this handy guide:

A guide to deciding between water and gatorade
First, ask yourself this: Do you want Gatorade?
If you answered no to the above question, water is the appropriate drink.
If you answered yes to the above question, gatorade is the appropriate drink.
YOU ARE NOW ENLIGHTENED.

also, if you think gatorade is bad, you've clearly never played a sport ever
no matter how much you like water, there is nothing more refreshing than an icy cold blue gatorade after a workout

THe reason that gatorade is good after a workout, or sporting event is because it replenishes the electrolights and other missing chemicals/things you lose/lower during exercise, it doesn't completely rehydrate you, that is why people mix gatorade and water.

Water is superior in everything else except sports... and even then, gatorade + water mix is far superior than gatorade alone.

EDIT: To clarify, I'm not saying Gatorade is bad, I'm just saying water is far superior than it in a large majority of cases. And in the cases it isn't, the mixture of Gatorade and water is far superior than just gatorade alone.

or maybe it's because it's more refreshing
Water after a work out = Tastes like nothing's there (TM) OH GOD WHY CAN'T I HOLD ALL THESE DICKS
Gatorade after a workout = Like wandering into an oasis of beautiful tasty plentiful refreshing fruit stuff after being stranded in the desert during a sandstorm for two weeks without food or drink

Refer to my handy guide:

Does it taste good?
Y: Its probably not the best thing to eat/drink.
N: Its probably healthy.

Just because it TASTES good and is refreshing, does not make it healthy.

And before you pull the "clearly you've never played a sport" card ... I ran cross country/track for a year in middle school, 2 years in high school (and ran individually myself for another year after that) ... and my dad's been training for a marathon.

oh, well if we're talking about what's healthy, then yeah the water of water with the nutrients of gatorade would be best
but what I was saying it's the most enjoyable thing to have after a workout

It's really not that good.

and how exactly was I supposed to know that? plus I'm looking at it from a "lets be a stereotypical American and take the most ridiculous idea and make money off of it" approach.

not to be confused, I am genuinely interested. I have a friend from the UK (lives a few houses down) who says it's sold at a nearby party-store, so I'll hit the place up eventually to see if I can get some.
