Just how high is the resolution of that lightmap? Because it looks like real-time lighting. I can't imagine what that does to the file size.
All hail repackingOn the sphinx? 1024 x 1024, for all 4 parts of it (head, body, left arm, right arm.) The map ends up being about 110mb, which is 26mb after repacking. Repacking is glory.
