Stages 2 and 3 still aren't fully polished. I didn't create better skyboxes for them. Stage 1, however...

Well, it's optimized isn't it!

Y'know, there is a little trick one could use in that situation which is texture replace any remaining dev textures (within a cordon of course), with nodraw. Which will have the knockon effect of nodrawing any other faces you forgot.

Texture Application Tool > Replace

Then, replace all instances of a texture in the map with whatever you define.

But, of course, it is by far more important that you properly seal your map.
