Recreating a font, feedback appreciated

Ok now that I have time to do shit and am bored at once, it's time to do things. Question time (again): Which f g j and t look the most fitting? Are any letters strange compared to the reference at the top?

I had the incredible realisation that the font actually appears within the game and not just in the title.
Using this new information, I made this reference sheet and started making the letters in Inkscape. (It's easier to use than the actual font creation software that I have found. Is there something better than FontForge that is also free?)
Only lower case for now:

The shape of some letters is hard to tell from just the reference sheet. The letters that concern me the most are j s and z.

Due to a lack of knowledge, things got so difficult and annoying that I stopped. After about 8 months I finally picked this up again.

Now I just have to come up with upper case letters. Only a hand full appear in the game already. Letters colored in purple are my first guess.
