Yes, please do! However...

Please do not redistribute these assets in any way EXCEPT when used, visible, and packed inside a functional custom map!

If you use these in a map on the workshop and need to add me as a contributor, please send me a PM on these forums first so I can know to accept your friend request! Otherwise it's likely I will ignore it by mistake!

For now. I have plans to add more props as well as improving these. This download will be updated whenever I add new assets.

Blend marvellously with the Khmer textures (cp_antiquity). Must have for any Aztec/Mayan/Inca themed map.

Yeah, I'll be using these textures plus the ones in the sphinx set I did, but will make new Cambodian props for cp_antiquity. :D

Hey, I was working on an a/d map with this theme a while back! It never reached a1 because DynCp happened, but maybe I'll start it up again. Thanks for the inspiration and the cool stuff!

Blend marvellously with the Khmer textures (cp_antiquity). Must have for any Aztec/Mayan/Inca themed map.

I don't think it really fits with the Inca theme. Inca architecture and art is very differemt from Mayan/Aztec, so if you're looking for realism it would probably be better to go with Aztec/Mayan.

To be fair, only the stela and serpent (quetzalcoatl) are really based on real world Mayan/Aztec references. The face is based on a model that Snowbat bought, which is a mostly fantasy creation. I added the headdress which was based on an actual reference, but technically the face isn't at all proper Mayan/Aztec.

It fits in with the aesthetic at least, if you look up images of mayan architecture I could see it fitting in, but Inca architcture almost looks like viking rather than Peruvian.

I feel like in this case, even in TF2, it doesn't matter enough to consider separating each of the 3 cultures for the sake of 2 people noticing.

Were you approached by JPRAS to work on Antiquity again, and make these props public so other maps that could be included in the Mayann collection can use them? Or just a happy coincidence? The project guidelines says "You may create all the props and textures for your map. However, we highly recommend using the mayann map prop pack, which we will be publishing very soon." - I'm hoping all of these props of yours are included of course!

I also see Egan's Discovery is in the background of Chaofanatic's unusual effect SFM shots in the collection, so I'm guessing that he was also approached.

I'm excited to see what other Mayan/Aztec maps use these props, and are added to the project's collection! Maybe Ynders' Rift, YM's Sacrifice, or even Snowbat's Yucatan!

Antiquity is Cambodian themed, which has nothing to do with Aztec or Mayan themes.

I will likely repurpose the textures & wall detail props for cp_antiquity (as they were repurposed from the Sphinx pack) since they're generic enough to work for any ruined setting, but otherwise there will be no crossover. Antiquity will have its own assets.

JPRAS saw a WIP screenshot I had uploaded for Snowbat, and contacted me before the pack was released.
