tug of war in one dimension, featuring a very long boy.

adopted from yrrzy, layout has been completely changed, with some minor major extreme logic adjustments

this is a serious map

• added cover on the boy, dispenser colors flipped around but you will always be healed while on the boy
• dynamic respawn times depending on who owns the boy

• completely remade last, routes are basically the same but the general layout should be a lot more interesting
• new longboy "model", capture zone is only in the middle, with dispensers at each end.
• doors are now much wider, watch out for sightlines

• reverted all doors to the previous size and speeds
• added a buffer to last using walls
