Nope! Just make some cool stuff within 72 hours. Is there any thing special you have to do to participate?
Can we call it the summer jelly jam instead? (jk lol)
@Geit, I see you've instituted a 72hr Jam medal? Is this planned to be awarded for participating in the next Jam?
I think making anything tf2 related is fine. I know some people have busy schedules, making working on maps and stuff difficult. However when you have a dedicated weekend to working on stuff, you can get a lot done. I have plans to just work mainly on updating my other maps (April fools map mainly) during the jam, as it's something that I want to do some day soon, and the jam is a good time to do it.how do people feel about using the time to continue work on existing projects - such as detailing an existing map not starting a new one.
This doesn't even need to come with prizes, just with the bragging rights. I think it can work out pretty good, and it doesn't even need to be serious, since there are no prizes involved, just the titles. So we can skip judgement completely and just have the person running the Jam deciding these according to what he's seen.I'm in favor of the "paper plate award" style. Not a title for everyone, but maybe 20 or so across maps, textures, models, detail scenes, art, etc
