it's pretty simple - one sided ctf with a timer
BLU - Attackers
RED - Defenders
heres the logic:
Blu captures > They win
Timer runs out > Red wins

It's like special delivery but with 1 flag. Have a flag for blu then a capture zone entity brush with an output to a blu win entity for when it's captured.
From your description, it's exactly the same except that BLU doesn't start with the flag, they have to go get it and bring it back, right? You'd just have to move the flag and capture zones.
