Well maybe other people will take pictures of the engineer making the darn face. I want to see other people create or take snapshots of TF2 funny faces.

It's about werid engineer faces so it's about tf2.
Tf2 talk implies more about discussion of the actual game and it's mechanics or meta rather than talking about pictures of it, if you see what I'm saying. It would be appropriate to talk about the actual game instead of talking about the funny faces in the game.
You can totally talk about funny character faces and stuff in the thread muddy posted, though! Just always ask yourself if the topic is relevant to the place you are posting it, and what discussion is generates.
