Where did this get tested to be in an RC2 state already?

Also, again, gonna need more screenshots than just one puny thumbnail.

Yeah,ONE. SINGLE. SCREENSHOT is not enough to show us the whole map. You know, people want to see how the map looks before downloading it.

And just what Vel0city said: Where did you test this to get it into RC2? Gamebanana, perhaps? Or a custom server?

Either way,you should upload it to the gameday so we can see if it's a nice RC2.. and stuff..

Use CompilePal for packing, it just works.

Then in TF2, type sv_pure 2 in the console, then load up your map. If the game crashes or models/materials/particles/etc are missing, you have unpacked content.

As for the map itself: you have so much visual clutter. There are crates everywhere, brightly colored lights, random props left and right. The 2nd, 2nd-to-last and last screenshots are perfect examples of this. There's just... stuff everywhere.

It's pretty nice for the eyes, but I feel like some places are way too clustered with props, like clusterfuck level. Especially the intel area and the outdoor area with the containers.

Are you going to RC candidate only 6 days after releasing the first version? RC is supposed to mean Release Candidate, meaning you're telling the world (and valve) that you feel it's ready to be put in the game as is.

How many times did have it tested [in an actual gameplay situation with a relatively full server]? What's the general feedback?

I agree with viper, there are way too many props, it's incredibly visually busy. My eyes hurt a little just looking at a static screenshot.

Some other things i noticed include the beam textures, positioned horizontally on the bridge supports, which don't really look good, as well as the beam on the windowframe, also horizontal. Also, you seem to have used a translucent Blu logo overlay, as well as put a very low fade distance on the vents near the intel.

I must be the reason why he is here, because he released this on the Steam Workshop first, Full Release candidate and I gave a couple of tips regarding screenshots and said if he needed to post it to tf2maps in order to get some feedback... A lot of maps on the steam workshop for frontline are most likely Untested alpha maps which got rushed in order to get into the Frontline! pack....
