CP cp_turbine final

cp_turbine - Turbine but 3CP

I'm curious to see if it works better as 3CP. I can't see that anyone else has done it.

I couldn't see it, I wouldn't have thought so because it was a bad idea.

I believe in the A1 Gameday folder, there's cp_turbine_2011, which is a 3CP version of Turbine with side flanks for getting to the large healthpack platform.
