Let's re-build the Payload mode, with the cart replaced by a player with really low health who isn't on a track, but has to stay near the other players for protection, as all he has is a weak melee weapon.
We'll call him the "Civilian."
(Incidentally, I genuinely would like to see how that mode might work in TF2.)
I would actually love to even try playing the ''civilian'' mode. I know it exists, but the only server that had it was lagging as hell.
There should be checkpoints (like payload... duuuh.) maybe in special buildings, where the civilian could restore his health.
But this seems too weird to do. There's payload already. Than there has to be a SourceMod plug-in.
Ahh.. But still, we need something new and fun.
I'm new to the tf2maps.net community, so not sure if this has been done/suggested.
But I think it would be cool to redo a maps look.
Like take egypt or something, but do it with different textures, and theme, and props and stuff. The difference between mountain lab and manor is amazing, would be cool to see that on other maps too :/
That's essentially the same as 2fort_rainy and badwater_night and all the other Valve map remakes (bad). Remakes of existing maps are usually frowned upon here, so that might not work so well.

I'm playing battlefield bad company 2 atm and I was thinking Rush and/or conquest gameplay should work in TF2. For a gampeplay based contest, that's could be cool.
