Winterstorm B3

*changed the texture of the waterfalls(will change it later maybe idk)
*added stairs to some spots to make it easier to access certain parts of the map
*replaced a jump pad with the stairs
*changed jump pads a bit hopefully will play better now
*changed layout a bit
*changed some details to make more sense with the theme of the map
*fixed a stuck spot
*readjusted jump pads a bit to hopefully make them feel better when playing
*added back no build in the waters (engineer op as hell if allowed to build there...so no more)
*fixed some spots on mid where players could stand
*fixed other minor bugs
(some pictures of the layout changes in hammer(was to lazy to take them in game...))

*reduced cap time to hopefully make it easier to recap the point​

*fixed doors in the new area being bugy sometimes

*changed waterfall cave area and moved one of the waterfalls on the mid to open up the cave area

*removed overlays in the spawns

*made it so when players are in the waterfall there is a blue light that lights up to better signal to the player that someone is in the waterfall and that it is a route you can take

*changed the overlays in the spawns to make them look nicer​

*made some one way doors two way doors​

*made a death pit behind the waterfall deeper​

*hopefully made it more clear that waterfall extinguishes burning players​

*closed of a route to see if it helps with the making a map less wide and to not spread players as much

*made map worthy of being called WINTERSTORM(just added snow and made fog better)
